TAI is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data.
This page explains your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. You can exercise most of these rights directly from Settings → Privacy when logged in.
Right to Access
GDPR Article 15
You can download all your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. We provide a complete export in JSON format.
Right to Rectification
GDPR Article 16
Update your profile information anytime in Settings → Profile. You can correct your name, timezone, and other editable details. Account email is currently read-only in Profile; contact privacy@transformationalai.world if it needs correction.
Right to Erasure
GDPR Article 17
Delete your account and all data from Settings → Privacy. We implement a 30-day grace period to protect against accidental deletion.
Right to Data Portability
GDPR Article 20
Export your data in JSON format from Settings → Privacy. This includes all journal entries, memories, and settings.
Right to Withdraw Consent
GDPR Article 7(3)
Revoke AI or Voice consent from Settings → Privacy. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.

How to Exercise Your Rights
1. Self-Service (Fastest)
Most rights can be exercised directly from Settings → Privacy when logged into your account. This is the quickest way to manage your data.
2. Email Request
Email privacy@transformationalai.world with subject "Privacy Rights Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

Children and Minors
TAI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@transformationalai.world.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you are in the EEA and believe we have not adequately addressed your data protection concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA). You can find your DPA at: edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/board/members
